Adore Me is planning a three-day pop-up to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
This will be the online’s store’s first physical retail push. For three days, Adore Me will take over the Hudson Hotel’s penthouse suite and turn it into a Valentine’s Day-themed store. The store will incorporate the brand’s style quiz along with a customized and personalized showroom. Every 45 minutes there will be appointments with an Adore Me designer and fit expert styling each shopper.
Adore Me has its sights set on competing with lingerie giant Victoria’s Secret and the first step in order to do so will be to create physical stores as it builds its online presence. The company uses a membership model for discounts similar to the JustFab company that owns ShoeDazzle and Fabletics.
Last year, Adore Me was ranked the second-fastest growing retail company in the U.S. on the Inc. magazine 500 list. Seventy percent of Adore Me’s traffic comes from mobile shopping.
